Insurance Information
Most insurance companies will cover the purchase of a light box with a doctor's prescription. Light Therapy Products does not submit insurance paperwork nor do we take prescriptions. Please call the 800# on the back of your insurance card to find out if your plan covers light boxes. The medical code for our light boxes is E-0203. The replacement bulb code is A4634. Find out exactly what you need from your insurance company in order to recieve reimbursement. Most customers pay for the light box and then seek reimbursement.
