Ugh! Just writing this has me dreading the November 7th change! Even though we fall back and "gain" an extra hour, I hate the challenge of changing my body clock. To make the change, our bodies go through what is essentially Jet Lag. Might we suggest that until we can stop resetting our clocks 2 times each year, try this simple technique to lessen the disruption.
