Groan!We know!! Most of us dread the beginning of Daylight Saving Time (DST) and moving our clocks forward one hour!! This year, that date is Sunday March 12th.Here is a helpful tip to ease the transition:Up to 2 weeks before DST begin setting your alarm for 10-15 minutes earlier in the morning.
