Binge-Watching and Sleep Disturbances
According to the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine a recent study shows that binge-watching leads to "poor sleep and fatigue". When we watch back to back episodes of anything, our brains are in a state of "cognitive arousal" . This makes it difficult for the brain to switch into the ready to sleep mode. Try shutting of the auto play in your streaming service or set a timer with your ideal shut down time. Give your brain time to slow down and get some good ZZZzzzzs!
