Ugh!  Just writing this has me dreading the November 7th change!  Even though we fall back and "gain" an extra hour, I hate the challenge of changing my body clock. 

To make the change, our bodies go through what is essentially Jet Lag.  All of the negative without the fun of travel!

Consider buying a light box to help your body recover faster and feel better all winter.
