We know!! Most of us dread the beginning of Daylight Saving Time (DST) and moving our clocks forward one hour!! This year, that date is Sunday March 12th.
Here is a helpful tip to ease the transition:
Up to 2 weeks before DST begin setting your alarm for 10-15 minutes earlier in the morning. Gradually keep setting your alarm for 10 minutes earlier every few days, so that by March 12th, you will be on DST with your body clock! This will help you gradually adjust to the new time, and it will hopefully help you to get to bed earlier to get the rest you need. No crazy fatigue and extra caffeine and sugar to get you through that first week!
