Make Your Own Sunshine and Stay Happy

Using a light box each day (usually in the morning) can help elevate energy and mood by producing more Vitamin D and waking up the serotonin production in the brain. An average session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. Set the alarm a bit early and bask in 'your sunshine' before you start your daily activities. You will be so happy that you did!
